Olivia Creamery was born in the kitchen of our Head Chef, Malika Chawla Batra, trained at Le Cordon Bleu and Savor Chocolate & Patisserie School, Melbourne. With the best ingredients to create different textures and flavour, she envisioned an ice cream experience that was refreshing and indulgent.
Complementing this vision is Karan Chawla, Co-founder of Olivia Creamery, who leads the brand’s growth, positioning, and expansion.
